Brainstorm_lite_screen_small1 “Widgets” are popular little programs, often free, that you can download for Mac OS X that perform dozens of useful and fun tasks. CS Odessa, the developers of ConceptDraw MINDMAP, recently launched ConceptDraw Labs, which was created to develop enhancements for its line of ConceptDraw products. One of the latest things to come out of the labs is a Mac widget called Brainstorm Lite, which gives you a structured but simple way to brainstorm and record your ideas.

CS Odessa plans to conduct a limited beta test of this new applet starting this week. If you’re interested in playing with it, please post a comment to the Brainstorm Lite blog post.
