Spark-Space releases Dutch, Spanish versions
Mar 27th, 2006 | By Chuck Frey | Category: Software
Spark-Space, a mind mapping tool for PC, Mac and Linux, is now available in Dutch and Spanish language versions. I came across this announcement this morning; funny that I never heard of this product before, considering that the developer has been around since 2001. A closer look at the Spark-Space website makes it appear that this may have started out as a visual mapping program for the education market that has now been expanded to appeal to business users.

yes – I hadn’t ever come across this one before… I downloaded it straight away, quite excited by the way it was described, thinking it might be an up to date PersonalBrain type of program… However – my opinion is – its a very long way indeed from being useful in a business context – it looks potentially good for education purposes especially pre – university – its perhaps got an Inspiration feel about it – and has a number of capabilities that Inspiration doesn’t…
So definately pass on this one.
BTW – TheBrain Technologies are apparenttly coming out with an all new singing and dancing, rewritten in java version in the next few months – and I am also excitedly looking forward to seeing the first windows release of Eastgate Tinderbox, which is apparently due out soon too.
